Bookings
Our
tours have no set
dates but are arranged upon request.
When you are ready to book a
tour fill in the request form at the bottom of
this page and press the send button. Once we have received your
request we will reply and let you know
if we can arrange the tour as you desire. Before you send your request,
have
a close look at the information available on our website
regarding the tour you are interested in. Also read our release
form and make sure you understand its contents.
We need at least two people to arrange a tour but if you
are alone we may be able to fit you in with another group.
Reservation
deposit
To
confirm your booking we require a deposit of 50% of the full
price. We do not yet accept credit cards so, please, either send
us a bank-draft or wire the deposit directly into our bank account.
When you are ready to make your reservation we will give you the
details that you need for transferring the deposit.
Cancellation
policy

For cancellations
at least 30 days before the tour departure date we refund
100% of your deposit minus expenses for money transfer.

For cancellations
less than 30 days but longer than 14 days before the tour
departure date we refund 50% of your deposit minus expenses
for money tranfer

For cancellations
after 14 days before the tour departure date, your deposit
is non-refundable.
Before
we launch our kayaks we will ask you to fill out and sign a release form. You should
have a look at it before you send your request.

make the tour itinerary suitable for your experience and fitness
we also want following personal information about everyone of

Kayaking
experience: -no experience, -have kayaked but still
novice, -kayak regularly but nothing advanced or -advanced
with experience of open ocean kayaking

Disabilities
or health problems that may affect your kayaking performance
We
need this information on everyone of you!
We
will
respond to you as soon as we can and let you know if we can
confirm your booking as you have requested.
